Technology Governance and Global Innovation

The lecture “Technology Governance and Global Innovation” by Virginia B. Watson, PhD will be held on April 30, Tuesday, 1 p.m., at the Seminar Room, GT-Toyota, UP Diliman (UPD) Asian Center (AC).

Watson is a professor at the Asia-Pacific Center for Security Studies in Honolulu, Hawaii.
