Everyone is invited to the lecture “Significance of Brocka’s Films to Philippine Cultural Heritage and to Human Rights” by Nick Deocampo on Dec 10, 2–4 p.m., at the Videotheque, UP Film Institute (UPFI) Film Center.

Deocampo is a filmmaker and associate professor at the UPFI.

The lecture is in honor of the late National Artist for Film Lino Brocka. It is also of cultural literacy using film that is organized by the UNESCO Memory of the World (Philippines).
