Philippine Gastronomy: Understanding and Valorizing Our Cuisine

The UP Diliman (UPD) Center for International Studies (CIS) will hold the public lecture “Philippine Gastronomy: Understanding and Valorizing Our Cuisine” on Friday, Sept. 12, 4:30–6:30 p.m., at Classroom C, Benton Hall, UPD.

The resource speaker is Chef Claude Tayag, a Filipino artist, restaurateur and food writer.
