The lecture “PH: What Could Have Been, What Can Be Done?” by Ernesto M. Pernia, PhD, will be held on November 17, Friday, 3 p.m., at the UP Diliman School of Economics (SE) Auditorium and via Zoom.
Pernia is a professor emeritus at the SE and served as former secretary-general of the National Economic and Development Authority from 2016 to 2020.
