The lecture “Negotiating Across Cultures: Insights From More Than 25 Years of International Business Transactions” by Professor Walter Bardenwerper will be held on Feb. 8, 4:30–6:30 p.m., at the UP Bonifacio Global City.

Bardenwerper is a renowned visiting professor for Law 254 (Contract Drafting for Cross-border Transactions). He is also an adjunct professor at Georgetown University Law Center in Washington D.C.
