The UP Diliman Center for International Studies invites everyone to the forum “Layas! Ang US Military Bases at Pakikibaka para sa Pambansang Kasarinlan” on Sept. 16, Tuesday, 1 p.m., at the UP Film Institute Film Center.

The guest speakers are Teddy Casiño, BAYAN MUNA chair, and Francis Gealogo, PhD, a professor at the Ateneo de Manila University.
