Everyone is invited to the lecture “From Periphery to Plate: Filipino Cuisine, National Identity, and the Quest for Global Recognition” on Feb. 24, Monday, 1:00–2:30 p.m., at Silid Balatik, Pavilion 2, Palma Hall, UP Diliman (UPD).

The resource speaker is Julienne Porciuncula, a PhD in sociology student at the State University of North Carolina and a Fulbright scholar.
