The seminar “Essential to the Public: Libraries in Urgent Times” will be held on February 10, Friday, 1-4 p.m., at Room 10 Bonifacio Hall, UP Diliman (UPD) School of Labor and Industrial Relations, with guest speaker Emily Drabinski, president-elect of the American Library Association.

The event is organized by the Philippine Librarians Association, Inc. – National Capital Region Librarians Council, in partnership with the UPD School of Library and Information Studies.
