The roundtable discussion “Decolonizing Policymaking” will be held on Saturday, Dec. 2, 8:00–11:30 a.m., via Zoom.
The resource speakers are Vincent L. Casil, chief of Legislative Research Division, Bangsamoro Parliament and research supervisor at the Development Academy of the Philippines, and Kebart P. Licayan of the Policy Research and Legal Services, Bangsamoro Parliament and a faculty member at Miriam College and De La Salle – College of St. Benilde.
