Join the public forum “Beyond Laws: Exploring Realities of HIV Prevention and Care in the Philippines” on Dec. 13, Wednesday, 8:30 a.m.–12:00 p.m., at the Conference Room, 1st Floor Bocobo Hall, UP Law Center, UP Diliman (UPD).

This is presented by the UP Law Center Institute of Human Rights, which aims to gain insights on the “Philippine HIV and AIDS Policy Act.” It is in celebration of the 75th anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
