The UP Diliman (UPD) Psychosocial Services (PsycServ) will conduct the workshop “Ay, Barado! Understanding Our Blocks to Personal Growth and Effectiveness” on Oct. 13, Monday, 4–6 p.m., via Zoom, and Oct. 14, Tuesday, 4:30–6:30 p.m., at the PsycServ Office, Room 101, Vinzons Hall.
