The UP Diliman (UPD) Research Ethics Board (REB) will hold the seminar “Addressing Ethical Issues in the Duterte Case at the ICC” on May 4, Monday, 1–4 p.m., at the UPD Natural Sciences Research Institute Conference Room, Miranda Hall and via Zoom and Facebook Live.

The speaker for this event is Raul C. Pangalangan, SJD, a professor emeritus at the UP College of Law and former judge of the International Criminal Court (ICC).
