CSWCD maintains 100% passing rate in the 2014 Social Work Licensure Exam

(JUL. 2) – Sixteen graduates of the College of Social Work and Community Development (CSWCD) passed the 2014 Licensure Examination for Social Workers held from Jun. 29 to 30, making the college one of the 21 schools with a 100 percent passing rate. The graduates’ recent performance is a continuation of the college’s legacy of excellence by maintaining 100 percent passing rate for the past years.In addition, four examinees also got top positions: Kate Heather Faye O. Buenaventura was 2nd placer; Kris Adora Z. Martin (7th); and, Princess Lorraine S. Romero and Mark Philip P. Tandog, both 8th  placers.

Other CSWCD graduates who passed the exam were Glacy C. Agustino, Ma. Karen April D. Asuncion, Marie Allyssa C. Dacasin, Reggie Abigail V. Eslao, Miguel Angelo L. Fernando, April Ann A. Isidro, Joanna V. Laurel, Don Immanuel G. Lima, Andrew Rex B. Manalang, Anna Kristinna N. Palomo, Maria Perpetua L. Sadio and Marielle Angelica Keshia P. Villasper.

Out of the 2,031 who took the exam only 1,110 passed.  Graduates from 87 schools nationwide took the exam. According to the Professional Regulation Commission, the results were released only two working days after the last day of test was conducted.
