2021 Certificate Course in Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management (IRHR) will be held on September 4 – November 20, 2021. The course provides core competencies of IR and HR and discusses new and emerging topics brought about by the fourth industrial revolution and the COVID-19 pandemic. The course is suited for IR practitioners, HR executives, and academics who are interested in increasing their skills in IR and HR and in preparing for a Diploma or a Master’s Degree in Industrial Relations (DipIR/MIR) in the University of the Philippines School of Labor and Industrial Relations. The course is offered by the Center for Industry Productivity and Competitiveness (CIPC) of the UP SOLAIR.
