Assistant Professor Joselito G. Florendo of the U.P. Cesar E.A. Virata School of Business was chosen as this year’s Deloitte-FINEX Outstanding Finance Educator of the Philippines. The award ceremony was held at the Fairmont Hotel, Makati last 16 September 2015. Prof. Florendo is the Vice President for Planning and Finance of the University of the Philippines. He served as Chairman of the Department of Accounting and Finance. He completed his Master’s in the University of Malaya (Malaysia) and was a research fellow of the University of Birmingham (U.K.). He is a BSBAA cum laude graduate of the U.P. Virata School of Business.
